This was my first win since coming back. His position wasn't completely lost, but I had gotten a pretty firm hold of the upper hand. My game still needs some tuning up, but this gives me a nice little boost of confidence.

Long Break.

With school back on I haven't had much time to think about chess. The semester is winding to a close, so I'm nearly as busy as ever, but I'd like to get back in the groove before the semester is out. I feel like it's been years since I've played and I'm definitely rusty. You can check out a FICS game that I played today and you will see that I do not lie. I am rusty as hell.

Well, hopefully there will be more games to come.
